Dear Paul, 

St. Michael the Archangel and Mary Mother of Peace hosted our combined parish picnic. We had countless blessings on that day. The weather was magnificent, at 2:00 the clouds parted and sunshine illuminated the beautiful Del Tech Campus. Everyone ditched their sweaters and jackets and enjoyed the Indian-Summer day.

At least 104 unexpected guests were drawn to our late registration table by both the gorgeous day and the expectation of another terrific party for the parish hosted at Del Tech and fed by LIGHTHOUSE Catering. The word is out, this marriage of picturesque venue, fabulous food, exceptional service is a match made in heaven!

But how does one handle over 100 unexpected guests? With organization, calm, patience and the expertise of Dawn Lewis and the amazing staff of LIGHTHOUSE Catering. Magically, Dawn and the team were able to transform lunch for 350 to a meal for everyone. the food was delicious, there was lots of variety, every appetite was satisfied, no one left hungry. And through the process, Dawn and the team kept smiling! They were, simply put....... AMAZING!
